The not winning continues. In other words, one of the many contests I've entered has listed its winner(s) and my work is not among them. Though I'm mildly disappointed with each not-win, I'm not surprised. Additionally, these contests and the preparation they take to get an entry ready have forced me to complete projects and abandon others that needed to be left.
In other news, it is really cold here; we've got an extreme cold warning with a wind child of minus 18. Our temperate fall and winter have made me a bit weak; I noticed this yesterday as I walked from my car to work. YIKES!!
